Paid listings - error on taxes tab

Hi Alejandro

I recently upgraded to JReviews 5.  When I click on the "taxes" tab within the Paid Listings Add-On admin, I get the message "There was an error processing the request."  The tab simply does not open.  Did the table structure change between versions 4 and 5, perhaps?  Please let me know if there is a way to solve this.
