Edit Owner Reply & Edit Review

Two issues that users have reported to us. I'm not sure if it's a bug or a misconfiguration (knowing me, it's the latter), but I figured I'd ask here before submitting a ticket if it's an easy fix.

First: owners that reply to a review can't edit their response and when I look in the settings there doesn't seem to be a way to enable/disable it. Is this not a feature?

Second, I'm pretty sure I have it configured right, but users who post in a specific listing type aren't able to edit their review even though they're enabled. Not sure why.
