Listings in multiple directories

Is it possible to put a listing in multiple categories and/or in multiple directories?

Example: Directory: Businesses (Contains all businesses), Category: Restaurants, Listing: Joe's Diner. I'd like to have another directory for the a city: For example, Directory: NYC, Category: Restaurants, Listing: Joe's Diner. Same business, different directory. As a user you may want to see the broader business directory, OR as a local user, you may only want to see the NYC directory.

Also, can I include a listing in multiple categories, for example, Directory: Business, Category: Cafe, Listing: Joe's Coffee Shop. Directory: Business, Category: Cafe's and Bakeries, Listing: Joe's Coffee Shop. Here Joe's would be found in both categories so that the user doesn't have to make a duplicate listing.
