detail page widgets - custom where - exclude on some custom field options

at your documentaion i miss a sample about to exclude some field options:

if i want to work with the definition of "NOT LIKE" instead that does not work:

(Field.jr_whichbook NOT LIKE '%*belletristik*%' AND  Field.jr_whichbook NOT LIKE '%*training-guide*%' AND  Field.jr_whichbook NOT LIKE '%*other-book*%')

the other way to set where it should be published is not really handy because of the amount of options. do i have an option to get this done with excluding multibile field options?
