Overwrite Breadcrumb possible?

Yes, it's a special question and not really a support topic, but maybe I'll get a little idea if it can be solved:

Breadcrumb works like this:

Joomla Category Link > Article Title

In a page area of my site I restructure.
So I have some articles in the category "News" , but link them directly under a category "Tools" and a listing in Tools so that I get the URL
www.domain.de/tools/listing-title/article-name-from-category-news.

but the breadcrumb still shows: Category News (Link) > Article Title

My question is whether it is possible to manipulate this for this one page area by taking the URL path instead of the real path:

Tools (Link) > Listing Title (Link) > Article Title
