Jon-HVK Posted October 4, 2023 at 10:14 PM Share Posted October 4, 2023 at 10:14 PM I am having an issue trying to figure out how to make the Add-Ons template overrides to work. I have successfully created my own theme file, and have quite a few theme alterations working with my theme I named "HVK", after my website. However, I can't seem to get plugin file themes to override, and I am not sure if I am placing the correct folders where they need to be. I created this folder which works for all the basic template files just fine. /hvkpowersports.com/public_html/jreviews_overrides/views/themes/hvk/ (all my custom theme files here) I then tried to pull theme files from this folder, and place them in the "hvk" folder above. /public_html/wp-content/plugins/jreviews_addons/maps/views/themes/maps/ (all the theme file folder for the add-on here) So, it ended up looking like this: /hvkpowersports.com/public_html/jreviews_overrides/views/themes/hvk/maps/ (all the theme file folder for the add-on here) After doing so, none of the alterations take affect on the frontend. What am I doing wrong? Link to comment
