Where is the headline tag defined in the DetailWidgets?

I have searched and only found settings in JavaScript files.
Is it possible to change the <h3 class="jrHeading"> tag in Custom Widgets Templates to <h2 class="jrHeading"> perhaps?

Currently I just leave out the heading in the settings and put it manually in the theme files. Maybe there is another way?
