Show Field Group with Control Field / Value and separate

Not really a problem but one thing I noticed that caused me some deleted data:

I have a field in listing type 1 with a fieldgroup 1 / field certain options. When some options are selected, a fieldgroup 2 should be shown. I set this in the fieldgroup 2. This works.

But now I also have Listing Type 2 in which the fieldgroup 2 should also be shown without the dependency of the field options of fieldgroup 1. The fieldgroup 2 is shown. I can also select something, but nothing is saved and the existing content is overwritten empty an delete the content.

Is there a solution for this process?
