Field Options Manager - more rows + sort

I'm expanding the creation of "Cuisines" within the Field Options Manager. I'm inputting one or more cuisine types for most countries in the world (as Google does with 348 cuisine types).

I have already entered more than 200 types (which is the maximum shown per page). It's very difficult to move any new entry from the bottom of a 2nd page or later page to get it up onto the first page alphabetically. 

1) Certainly, a page setting of "All" would help.

2) Also, it would be great if one could auto-sort those entries based on the "Text" column which I'm always doing manually.
