Hi,

Happy holidays to you and your loved ones! 

I'll be taking a break from Dec 21 until Jan 7 so during this timeframe there will be a limited support schedule which can result longer wait times for replies. Complex issue resolution may also need to be pushed until next year when development work resumes.

I truly appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience.
