Important MapsPro Mapbox Update

Hey,

Mapbox announced back in March that starting June 1st they are Deprecating Studio Classic Styles for new accounts, and previous accounts will get them for a little while longer. We just released an update to MapsPro that offers support for the new modern Studio Styles.

What you need to do:

1. Update to the latest MapsPro Add-on version

2. Head over to Providers in the MapsPro Add-on administration and update the Map Layers to the new styles:

Streets - https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/mapbox/streets-v11/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y}

Satellite  - https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/mapbox/satellite-v9/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y}

Hybrid - https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/mapbox/satellite-streets-v11/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y}

Dark - https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/mapbox/dark-v10/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y} 

A few other options you can use:

Light - https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/mapbox/light-v10/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y}  

Outdoors - https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/mapbox/outdoors-v11/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y}   

If you create your own style in studio, you use it like this:

https://api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/{username}/{style_id}/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y}

These change will work for regular map tiles as well as static maps if you have those enabled in listing detail covers.

The new modern styles have been updated with more details and are much crisper. You can see a side-by-side comparison below, with the classic style on the left and the new modern style on the right:
