Choose images from available photos / uploads

I have many users who post listings most with the same image / photo (Logo from the company). A great feature that I wish is, that the users can upload new photos, but also can choose available photos, so that they didn´t upload the same photo everytime.  I think I have now many duplicate photos / logos in the system.
