importing new listings with turned on "Automated Listing Title Format"

i have exported a data set from openstreetmap for the use in jreviews.

the location data is about natural_water and springs and have mostly now name. that means i use the "Automated Listing Title Format" in the Listing Type to generate the title names. i did a test run with a sample set of data and noticed that this is not working. the import indicator is rotating endless without a end...

i tested to add manually a new listing that was working without any problem. also it is working when i set a Title in the csv data, but that is not what i need.
is it possible that i can not import new listings when there are no "title" and "title_alias" is set in the csv file?!
