Alejandro Posted August 27, 2019 at 12:27 AM Share Posted August 27, 2019 at 12:27 AM Hi A new version of iReview Joomla has been released with a much-improved error page. This came about from a recent post asking about custom error pages. The solution was to create a helper class for the template capable of loading modules in the error page and duplicating the module positions and prefixing them with the error- string. This way you can assign modules directly to the error page using the same positions you use now for regular pages. There are still some limitations inherent to Joomla because it's not possible to load modules from 3rd party extensions. But you can now have beautiful looking error pages and easily customize the error messages without having to change any files. You can learn more about the new Error Pages functionality and how to make the most of it in the new iReview Joomla Documentation. iReview Joomla 3.8 is now available for download in the Client Area for clients with an active subscription for the template or clients in the Professional and Developer plans.
