Connect to Jomsocial & Profile Ratings

Can this Add-On be used to have employees of a business such as a hair salon be rated by users separate from the actual salon.

Example:

UTMOST Salon has ratings for atmosphere and price

and 

Beth stylist at UTMOST salon has separate ratings for quality and overall service.  

and when user clicks on Beth's profile photo can it link to her Jomsocial profile?
