backend - browse media - add filter for Owner please

i don't know put i have often to search for images from a specific user/owner what is right now not possible in the backend.
to get a better managing workflow i suggest to add this.

jreviews have already this in the "browse listings" as a filter option for the Owner, this would be cool to have also for the images/media section too.
