Register page > Add custom content

Hello

1. Is there a way to create a custom registration page which has on top custom content written in Wordpress Editor and at the bottom the registration fields?

2. Is there a way to show only registration fields without login?

 

I created a Page and chosed JR Menu type Signup Page. If i type something in the editor of the page it doesn't appear.
