Paid for single fields

Hi, we are working on the core functionality and have two questons on the paid listings addon.  The first we are pretty sure is standard - but the second one (paid for fields) is this possible?

 

1. With the paid for add-on, how easy is it to restrict fields to certain packages - so they only appear when someone has upgraded/paid.

2. Is it possible to have paid for fields - where a single field on it's own is paid for outside of other packages?

I think that's it for now
