Importing listings with Paid for plans?

Hi All, 

 

When I import listings via the Import Add-on they come through okay and we can see the information in the backend of the site (so the field mapping all seems to be correct) , but the front end listing only displays the name of the listing and omits all other data.  

 

We have two paid for accounts (or plans) available and a base free plan, I'm presuming this has something to do with the issue because in the backend we see "order pending' next to the new listings. 

 

Do I need to establish what sort of plan these listings will have as part of the import process, and if so how, or am I doing something else wrong?
