lumsden Posted February 11, 2017 at 11:01 AM Share Posted February 11, 2017 at 11:01 AM Going through the paid listings add-on and setup 3 payment plans to test its functionality. - Free trial premium (where I don't allow users to renew their free trial) - Paid premium - Basic account (which listings fall back to if a paid premium is not purchased after trial expires) Here is the PaidListings MyAccount screen. The problem is that it shows a renew order icon despite that fact I have restricted this plan to 1 time use only. Pressing that icon creates window pop-up which is going to confuse customers. There is a link to "upgrade" within the listings tab further down the page which connects the user to the Paid premium plan although I am not sure about the term "upgrade". What would happen if the free trial was 3 months and a customer decided to "upgrade" to the paid premium (basically to ensure the listing continued with full details) 2 weeks prior to the end of the 3 months? Would the free trial end immediately the order is made thus losing the customer those 2 free weeks? Link to comment
