MyList add-on or the Listing type workaround?

Hi!

On my new project, users can create their recommendation lists, but I feel like the MyList Add-on is lacking some important features, and the workaround of this topic, using the regular listing as list, kind of makes it happen.

Good features on the Add-on solution that I can't have with the "listing workaround":

The dropdown button "Add to list" on the listing detail page and list page
Use the cover of the listing added to the List, don't need to upload a image

Features I need, present on the "listing workaround" but missing on the Add-on:

SEO URL based on the list name
Users can review and comment the list
Can be shown in listing modules like "Best rated lists", "Most popular lists".
Can "sort of" change the order of the items on the list, so can build ordered or ranked TOP 10 Lists of items, using custom fields

Because there's a JReviews app on the way, I would like to know what's the best way to proceed to get the best of the features and functionalities.

If these requested features, like review and comment, or items order, are planned to the Addon, should I wait?

If not, is it possible to maybe create the add-on features (dropdown button "Add to list", use list cover) using regular listings to build lists?

I'm worried to lose customization on the mobile app.
