Assistance with website setup using JReviews and Buddypress

I would like to get estimates to assist with a new website using JReviews and Buddypress

These are some details as to the way I picture it:

Things I like about this site:

I like how it is pretty basic, clean and to the point

I like the main image for the home page with the button to add an object in the center of the main page

I like the bottom part where some of the added objects scroll through to see

Important Items:

External users able to create login accounts

External users can also post as anonymous

External users can add objects to be reviewed on

Object can be:

A Baseball Tournament (Dated event)

A Baseball Program

A Baseball League (I can provide the details I want to gather when they add these)

Users can write reviews and also rate with stars

When adding an object, would like to let them include a pic to show with the object or use a standard pic for those that dont add one (If possible)

Be able to search for any of the objects

That the reviewed items be listed in google searches

Tie in buddy press for accounts and also for future forum discussions

I would like the ability to put ads to the site

I have Facebook, twitter and Instagram accounts to tie to also

Right now I have access to elegant themes, themes and also the theme from JReviews to use if wanted

I would like to use JReviews

I would like to use buddypress I believe for the account tie in
