Overriding existing datafeed

Hi,

 

I currently download weekly cvs datafeed via affiliate window ftp which I then upload to the database using import add-on; and here is my question. One colum of the csv field called "Price" consistently changes each time a new datafeed is download; so I want to know if there's a way I can upload only the "price" column to override the existing datafeed?

 

I have attached a sample datafeed with the price column.

 

Let me know is there's a way around this.
