User, author, section editor, site editor more organized

I am running a news&article oriented site, so I have many sections and categories. Problem I am facing is that diffrent sections have diffrent editors that moderate what's going on. So if someone publishes an article and editor gives a review it would be useful to state

 

1.) Editor review >> but instead >> Editor review (of section-name)

 

That would make things really more organized.

 

2.) Even better would be this. Some author publishes an article and gives review

 

Now it's athor review  that shows where usually editor review shows, on top in header view

 

Then along comes section editor and gives his review. That review now pushes Author review down to user reviews (1.st position always), above him is now Section editor.

 

Hey but then Site Editor takes a look, does a review and he pushes both of them below his review.

 

So it's like this.

 

1.Editor in chief

2.Editor of section

3.Author

4.User

5.Guest if they can review
