"Marker icons by custom field options" not working after latest update

I have multiple dev versions of my site and noticed that the module and map view stopped working after upgrading each to the latest version (3.0.1.9). See attached image.

 

Prior to upgrading the last dev site I noted that the GeoMaps version where everything worked was 3.0.1.4 (initial release). After updating to the latest version it stopped working.

 

The issue is with assigning icons using the custom field option. Most of my categories have a single icon assigned. Only one has the custom field option. If I remove this category from the map everything works fine. The map on individual listing pages for this category does not work either.

 

Here's the error in the browser console.

I'm guessing that it can't find the custom icon image and fails. I've tried putting the custom icons in multiple locations and it still won't work.

Works here using single icon option.
