Default header avatar

We have a directory with thousands of restaurants and other venues already on our site. All the listings have already at least one picture. It would be cool, when activating the new header to have the possibility to choose the default main picture as the avatar, apart from having a fixed map as cover of the header. Otherways we'll have thousands of empty avatars in the listings.

We started putting some manually but it's an impossible task.
