How to create multiple profile?

Hello,

I have different type of user profile "professional" (which create listings) and "users" (review listings)

 

For the professional I'm requesting some information which are not requested for the users.

ie: Company registration number

 

How can I build Jreviews for having 2 different information screen based on the profile selected?
