Set minimal photo size for upload

Hi,

 

I am always struggling with the theme customization in relation to the photo sizes. Some lay-outs just need particular photo sizes (or actually minimal sizes) to function nicely.

As visitors are uploading the photos i always have people uploading photos which are too small (widthxheight)

 

Is it considerable to set a minimum width x length globally with Listing Type override?
