New listing not going through to payment

Hi if a user logs in, clicks on a package and then tries to fill in and submit a listing the page refreshes and I can see in the back end the listing has gone into moderation and without order etc but the page on the front end just returns as exactly the same as before hitting submit and doesn't go to the Payment option page. http://www.ibikeride.com/accommodation-payment-plans
