I've seen this happening when someone posts a tip&trick and then it evolves, but if there is nothing to share yet, just the idea that could be developed by another group of people with more knowledge on a given area, I believe that it could work. For instance, I have some ideas involving mySQL and reports, but I don't know how to implement, so maybe other jreview users could like one idea and spend some time solving it. Link to comment
