Custom Where for Listing Type Settings

Custom Where is so powerful that I wanted to see it on different places :-)

 

It would be great if we could have it also on the configuration settings for Listing Type.

Or even by category.

 

In my use case, I wanted users to flag some listings as "personal" so they wouldn't appear on the list of listings, only discoverable by search or the My Listings menu.
