how do i add the radius search to a custom module

Hi

 

using the latest version

 

I try to create a custom advanced module, but have problems with the radius field

 

I use already the _map suffix and it shows up fine within the default module, but my client wants some additional fields and they all show up except the radius

</div>

 

but it's not showing up

 

what would be the correct label and field code?
