using multi-select field for map markers?

Since you can only have one marker per listing, it probably makes no sense to try and use a multi-select field for your marker.  However, is there any way to tell jR to use the marker if other conditions are met? 

 

Example:

 

I have a multi-select field - "Age groups served"

 

options:

 

0-10, red marker

20-40, orange marker

40-60, green marker

60+, yellow marker

 

I want to show all 60+ map markers on a map with the yellow marker, but since it's a multi-select field then that Listing may have all of the other options checked as well.

 

This might only work with a single-select field and I use "maximum age served" - correct?
