Dropdown select menu for each directory when working in Categories Manager

Now that we have more than one directory (and probably three later this year), it would be nice to have a dropdown select menu in the Categories Manager so that we can work with the categories of one specific directory at a time instead of having all categories for all directories listed on the same pages.
