Help??? How i can make plan that allows user to have 5 listings???

I have hotel directory. And i have rooms as related listings to the hotel and i wanted to create plan that will allow people to post one listing for the hotel and other in rooms & suites ... Restaurant, Wellness.... Is it possible or i should tell them to buy diffrent plans in diffrent categories and combined them in the way that they want.

One more thing counters in directory doesnt work in new version. Showing always 0 items inside categories.
