Hiding Fields when Payment Plan is not selected

Hello, we are in the process of enhancing our site and will be adding several new payment plans, with different fields/services available for each plan. We will have 4 plans in total, including a free plan. During the listing submission process, is there a way to hide listing fields until someone selects a specific plan, at which point only the specific fields for that plan will be shown? Currently, we have 3 plans, all with different fields, and before someone selects their plan, every published field for all plans appear.
