Need someone to set up my advanced search module

Have set up the rest of the site, directories, categories, fields etc.

 

The standard jreviews search that seems automatically built into the directory is basic so I want that removed from the pages and replaced with an advanced search specific to the directory.

 

I need the advanced search to allow people to be able to search by location (I have geomaps add on installed and set up), and to be able to select relevant fields to search by, for example selecting Florist as the service they are searching for, and then selecting that the florist uses artificial rather than real flowers, but if they are searching for party decorations they can select the decorations category, and then select the relevant field choices.

 

Have tried to set up advanced search using custom fields but cant seem to get my head around it/make it work.
