Geo Maps add on after installation shows nothing

Hello.

 

I have installed geo maps addon and created fields in the maps settings which are there in my customs fields manager,

 

But i cannot see maps in neither front end nor backend,

 

and also when i click on GeoCode Addresses i always get this error

 

"You need to setup the Address and Geo Location Fields in the configuration." inspite of setting up the geocode address.

 

Kindly help me
