In language files, add new strings to bottom, and indicate release

Hi guys, just a suggestion:  I've customized the language files, but it seems the new strings sometime get added with updates, which means I have to redo my changes.

 

Here's a suggestion:  in the language files, if you could add NEW strings to the bottom, and indicate the release, that would be awesome, like this:
