"free" listing plan appears if you hit the back button during checkout

Hi A,

 

hope your well...  i have a free listing plan set up for use by admin only - and it is set to NOT show on the site to users...  but if a user goes to checkout on another plan - then hits the "back" button during checkout to select a different plan - the "free" one appears...

 

is there a fix for this?
