How do you configure paid listing to allow x free base plan listings and then ch

Sorry if this is duplicate, I know this has been asked previously but can't find the answer.

 

How do you configure paid listing to allow x free  listings (base plan, free trial set to never expire) and then charge for each additional listing after the "x" number of free listings.?
