Alejandro already mentioned that playing with the ordering filter is painful, so I possible idea was to use the Detail Page Widget to feature the review of the current user, if there is one. There is already a pre-set widget, the Favorite Users. I noticed that all options for widgets are around Listings and not Reviews, so I'm not sure if this is a totally different chalenge.
