Manually sending the final expiration notice

Hi

 

I set the First expiration notification at 7 days and all went fine and the Final expiration notification at 3 days. I have a bunch (around 150 - 200) listing that expire on the 14th July so I would have expected the final expiration notification to have gone. It looks like it hasn't.

 

1) any ideas how to fix?

2) Can I send the final expiration notice manually e.g. maybe a manual cron job prompted by specific url?
