Upgrade J1.5 to J2.5 and Jreviews 2.3 to 2.4 etc

Hi, I need someone to upgrade my existing site from joomla 1.5 to 2.5, and in the process upgrade jreviews from 2.3 to 2.4

FOR JOOMLA

- Upgrade Joomla 1.5.25 to latest version compatible with Jreviews 2.4.

- Replacement for function of Eboga Joomla Plugin MultiAds [for Joomla! 1.5.x]

- Replacement for VagrantWeb Social Buttons

- Update/ Replacement for Phoca - Google AdSense Easy

FOR JREVIEW

- Upgrade Jreview version 2.3.19.213 to latest Jreview 2.4 version.

- Geomaps 1.2.54 to latest version compatible to Jreviews 2.4 version above

- PaidListings 0.8.49 to latest version compatible to Jreviews 2.4 version above.

- Ensure all existing 905 listings, 37 categories and 19 reviews remain intact and with their original SEF URLS.

( was using joomla 1.5's default "Search Engine Friendly URLs" and "Apache mod_rewrite")

- Modified theme files (if any) changes must be replicated to new upgrade.

Additional Notes:

1. The freelancer must be able to restore the site if anything goes wrong.

2. Freelancer must be an expert in Joomla and Jreviews with project references.

3. Additional project for adding new directory, categories and listings for same site is incoming if this project is successful.

4. Generic responses to my project will be rejected immediately.

5. For genuine responses, please start with ' Hi, I/We would like to take on this Joomla project"
