Alejandro Posted April 10, 2013 at 07:24 PM Share Posted April 10, 2013 at 07:24 PM We've been very hard at work fixing bugs and adding a few interesting features. All updates are available for clients with a valid support & upgrade package. If your package expired you can order a new one from the client area within your license detail page. JReviews and CSV Import can both be download from the client area, while JReviews, PaidListings and Geomaps can also be updated via the JReviews remote updater. JReviews In just one week we've fixed 30 bugs and added some very cool features for modules and detail page widgets: 1. It is now possible to display listings in the listings module and detail page widgets based on proximity to the current listing. This of course will only work in detail pages when using the listings module. The mode is enabled by choosing the new "Proximity" ordering option. You can set the radius to use and toggle the output of the distance from the current location. 2. Also for the listings and detail page widgets and community plugins we added settings to hide the user ratings, editor rating and category link. There's also a new 'Fields' setting that allows you to enter a comma list of field names (also possible in the reviews module) that will be automatically output in the module. All of these settings allow you to have a lot more control and flexibility without having to modify the themes. Some of the previous settings in the module were missing from the widgets so we added those as well, including the ability to show the listing summary. It is necessary to re-install the modules and plugins to be able to use the new settings. 3. The CUSTOM WHERE setting is now also available for the detail page widgets allowing you to filter the results pretty much anyway you want! 4. New Listing Type override for JReviews editor ids so you can have different JReviews editors for different listing types. 5. New Catch All menu for 'View all reviews' pages. When the menu is created all 'view all 'reviews' pages URLs will use the menu alias instead of the JReviews category menu alias. It is also possible to create oen of this Catch All menus for each Everywhere extension which until now didn't have a nice url. For example, you can do this for JomSocial to improve the view all reviews link that is shown in the reviews of me plugin. PaidListings We are taking PaidListings out of beta! We fixed all reported bugs to date, which weren't many and PaidListings 2.4 should be functional like it's predecessor for 2.3. We hope to continue working on the add-on this year to add a few improvements. GeoMaps We fixed a few bugs mostly having to do with the proximity search in module and search pages. CSV Import It is now compatible with J3.0! We hope you enjoy the updates.
