Listing detail view certian elements to output to .pdf printable version

I'm working on a prototype demo and need the capability of a printable version and output certain elements within the listing view details.  I prefer using PDF as the output.

 

The PDF will need to be able to support multi-page (page breaks) and header/footer and page number. I don't know if its possible to use joomla's built in print to PDF function.
