Upload and attach files to content and reviews - like in Forum posts for example

I have a music oriented website, it would be great if the users could attach small MP3 files to their musical instruments reviews!

 

Another cool thing would be to upload DOC or PDF files as a complement to the content or reviews.

 

Sorry about the (possibly) poor English, but I think you guys will got the idea.
