Google / Zagat-style Rating Box with a Number Instead of Stars

I'd like to have an option to replace the normal rating stars with a Zagat / Google style box with a number in it. I think that works much better for mobile listings (and I like to follow the lead of a winner like Zagat). Unlike the Zagat / Google rating system of 1-30, I'd probably just keep my current 1-5 rating system since that is more easily understandable.
