Slideshow module

Maybe it has been asked before but I could not find it with the search option. Are there any plans to create a slideshow module? I use jreviews also as a CCK for news items but there seem to be no (third party) slideshow modules available. The module should get title, description, link and image from the jreviews news item. There are more then enough modules available who can do that with the default joomla articles and K2 articles, but as mentioned, I haven't found any who can do that with jreviews as well.

 

At this moment I am using a module called LOF Slideshow Pro who is able to this. But the problem is that it doesn't work with the 2.4 RC1 version of jreviews. Last year I paid the guys at Land of Coder to do some adjustments to this module so it would work with jreviews. But I have contacted them recently if they want to do that again for version 2.4 but I got a no for an answer unfortunately.

 

To show exactly what I mean, you can take a look at my site www.gamecritics.eu. It is the slideshow module at the top of the homepage.

 

I sure hope you will consider this and hope to hear from you even if the answer is no.
