[solved] paid listings order upgrade popup z-index issue

What's the container css name for the paid listings' order upgrade popup box? I'm having a z index issue and need to adjust it.

I see a box width of 600px and top value of 85.5px. I can change either to fix this issue but I can't find either in CSS
